        The model explains terms pertaining to water evaporation and condensation and can be placed on the teacher's desk. When the model is activated the water is heated and exits as vapors that meet the condensation plate and turn into drops of water. The teacher can disconnect the condensation plate and pass it between the students so that they can feel the drops.
